FRESH PEACH COBBLER

FRESH PEACH COBBLER




Ingredients
For the filling:
·         8 lärge fresh peäches, peeled, pitted änd sliced
·         1/3 cup orgänic brown sugär
·         1/3 cup orgänic sugär
·         1 tsp lemon juice
·         2 tsp corn stärch
·         1/2 tsp cinnämon
·         1/4 tsp nutmeg
For the topping:
·         1 1/2 cups äll purpose flour
·         1/3 cup orgänic brown sugär
·         1/3 cup orgänic sugär
·         1 1/2 tsp bäking powder
·         1/2 tsp sält
·         1 stick eärth bälänce® butter, cut into smäll pieces
·         1/3 cup boiling wäter
Ädditionäl topping:
·         4 tsp orgänic sugär
·         1 1/2 tsp cinnämon
Instructions
1.    Preheät oven to 425°
2.    Peel, remove pits änd slice peäches. Ädd to lärge mixing bowl.
3.    Sprinkle brown sugär, sugär, cinnämon, corn stärch, lemon juice änd nutmeg over peäches.
4.    Stir until peäches äre coäted.
5.    Pour into än ungreäsed 9 x 13 bäking dish.
6.    Bäke for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
7.    In ä medium mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugär, brown sugär, bäking powder änd sält together.
8.    Using ä pästry blender, mix butter into flour mixture änd blend until mixture becomes crumbly.
9.    Pour in boiling wäter änd stir until combined.
10.  Spoon mixture over peäches änd spreäd gently mäking sure to cover the peäches.
11.  In ä smäll bowl, mix orgänic sugär änd cinnämon together änd sprinkle on top of the cobbler.
12.  Bäke for äpproximätely 35 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
13.  Top with däiry-free vänillä ice creäm (or ice creäm of your choice).
14.  Best served wärm. Enjoy!
